How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order. Please Note this charge is to deliver from our Auckland Warehouse and is chargeable even if you opt to pickup from our Tauranga location.
How long until my order is delivered?
North Island Deliveries: Orders keyed by 3:00pm will be delivered the next business day.
South Island Two Day Service: Delivery will be second business working day (rural areas add one extra day).
South Island Next Day Service: Orders will be delivered the next business day.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature of someone at that address.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
