Freight charges for goods relating to repair are the responsibility of the customer - this includes freight to return the item to the customer after repair. Please note - this also applies to repairs covered by warranty.
Freight charges for goods relating to returns of any sort are the responsibility of the customer - please refer to the Consumer Guarantees Act for information relating to returns and refunds.
Any damage caused by insufficient packing or protection is the responsibility of the sender.
Claims can be lodged with the relevant courier company in regards to loss or damage from mishandling.
