Technology Centre can service your iPhone and iPhone related accessories in-store whether it is inside or outside of it's Apple limited warranty. Out of warranty hardware, battery or physical damage issues can be rectified with either a repair or a replacement device for a service fee. Please contact us or drop in with the serial number of your device and we can advise on the best options available to you.
We strongly recommend running a backup of your device to iCloud or iTunes before visiting us and to make sure the Find My iPhone service has been switched off under your iCloud settings to make the book-in process is fast and efficient.

For repairs that are in-warranty, we do not require an assessment fee. If for what ever reason the iPhone is not covered by warranty or the device has been damaged and requires an out-of-warranty repair, Technology Centre will charge an assessment fee.
Even if your device is outside of it's warranty Technology Centre can still offer service options to you.

Once we have received your device either in person or by courier, we will assess the device and diagnose. After the assessment we will contact you to advise the cost to have the device repaired or replaced if not covered under warranty. While we are able to resolve some issues on site within our assessment time frame of 1-3 days, major repairs are sent to an Advanced Apple Repair centre. The entire process for this takes 5-7 business days. We do have android smart phones available for loan if required.
Find My iPhone must be removed for all iPhone repairs.
