We understand that sometimes you may have a quick query or something has you baffled with your device. Whether it be a new feature after a software update or a setting you don't quite understand, the Technology Centre team are here to help you. Our team use these devices everyday and will attempt to solve your query as quickly as possible.
If the issue turns out to be a little more complicated, such as a technical fault, we can book the device into our Service Department for our Technicians to assess and repair.
If your device has suffered liquid damage or impact damage, Technology Centre can provide an insurance assessment to your insurer and work with them to get your device repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Our insurance assessment fee is $85.00 and is required to be paid up front. In most cases, this will be reimbursed by your insurance company.
If you cannot get to our store, you can mail your items in for repair. Please print, fill out and sign both the Send-In Service Order Form and the Terms & Conditions page and include it when sending your gear in to us. Please make sure you have backed up your device before sending it in.
If you are sending an iPhone, iPad or iPod, please turn off Find My iPhone in Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone, or remove it from the device list at icloud.com, and make sure you have a back up. We are unable to proceed with repairs have this function enabled.
Our Apple Certified Mac Technicians can repair your computer using genuine Apple parts and procedures. When you bring your computer in to the Technology Centre, our front staff will be able to book your machine into service for our technicians to diagnose and repair. This includes hardware or software repairs inside of Apple Warranty, AppleCare Protection Plan, Consumer Law Coverage if applicable or outside or any coverage. Any Software repairs or data recovery carried out is not covered and labour rates will be advised. Your computer will need to remain in our service department for the duration of the repair, an estimated turn around time will be provided to you upon booking your computer into service.
$40 Assessment Fee:
For out of warranty machines, Technology Cenentre requires this assessment fee to be paid up front as a bond for repair. If you accept the quote for the repair, this fee will be subtracted from the total cost of the repair. If the quote is declined, or your machine has suffered liquid or impact damage and is deemed uneconomical to repair, this fee stands.

Technology Centre can service your iPhone, iPad or iPod and related accessories in-store whether it is inside or outside of its Apple limited warranty. Out of warranty hardware, battery or physical damage issues can be rectified with either a repair or a replacement device for a service fee. Please contact us or drop in with the serial number of your device and we can advise on the best options available to you.
We strongly recommend running a backup of your device to iCloud or iTunes before visiting us and to make sure the Find My iPhone service has been switched off under your iCloud settings to make sure the book-in process is fast and efficient.

Technology Centre is able to service selected Beats Audio products. A proof of purchase is required when booking Beats products into our service department whether inside or outside of warranty. Please contact us before bringing your Beats product in for service as there are some exclusions.
Upgrading from an old computer? Technology Centre can transfer data from your old Mac or PC to your new machine.
We can also move data from an old computer to a hard drive.
Computers for migrations are booked into our service department and the turn around time is typically 1-3 business days.
